Probably nothing: I'm going to assume that your other parameters are normal, and that a bleeding time has been performed and did not suggest platelet problems. Lab reference ranges are set so that several percent of otherwise-healthy folks fall outside on either end. Get checked again in six months or as your fatigue workup continues.

MCV, MCHC, MCH low. Rbc 5.41 H, platelets 456. RDW 15.9. Hemo & hema, MPV all normal. Have had iron deficiency for years, but not tested this time. Spotting perimenopause 2 months that's been checked yesterday. If iron deficiency, why high RBC?
