PCOS: Metformin and ocp is often a cocktail for polycystic ovary syndrome. Pelvic u/s may look normal. Please discuss this with your doctor so that you get information appropriate for your situation. Pcos is a diagnosis of exclusion. Other reasons for not having a period have to be ruled out, like non-classical cah, high prolactin, abnormal thyroid function, and more.
