My pathology states one slide has endometrium with benign well organized proliferative glands separated by non-inflamed stroma and i want to know what this means? i have had heavy, long periods for years now , a lot worse lately?

It means that are the cells from the endometrium which is the lining of the uterus are normal. No cancer.
