Red tiny tiny blood vessels on my ankles and feet (asymptomatic) but concerned about what's causing these.i had them for years but slowly increasing?

Might be nothing: If you have a large number of spider veins around your inside ankles, these can be a sign of larger veins broken down deeper in your leg. An ultrasound with a vein specialist can tell for sure.
