A member asked:

Is there a foot/ankle nerve or blood vessel entrapment that causes a formerly neutral foot to be permanently varus?

Need nerve testing: The thing about changes in arch height, especially from neutral to a cavus/high arch, is to rule out neuromuscular disease. If you have no history if an injury, you should have nerve testing done. Definitely see a physician.
