Glumetza is a helpful addition to help manage diabetes but you still need to consume a low carbohydrate/starch diet, lose weight if overweight, and exercise.

Yes: Glumetza is metformin. I suggest checking your blood glucose level fasting on days 1-7 each month. If the glucose rises above 140 tell your doctor.
