Nosebleed: First, if the bleeding is still going on, hold pressure at the tip of the nose by squeezing the nostrils closed. You might have to hold pressure for 5-10 minutes before you blood forms a clot. If that doesn't work, you should really be seen in the emergency department. If it's an intermittent bleed, keep the inside of your nose moist with saline and vaseline. Still a problem, see an ent.
