How do you deal with a nose bleed?

Let clot form: Most nose beelds will stop if you sit upright and pinch both sides of the soft portion of your nose with your thumb and index finger for 5 solid minutes without letting up. This will allow a solid clot to form. If bleeding persists go the emergency room for treatment which may involve cauterization or packing.
