Yes: If he is going to repeat a colonoscopy to remove the polyp, you will need to repeat the cleanse. Freeing the colon of debris will help the physician be able to identify the polyp, and issues during removal, and will make for a safer procedure. Cleanse should be repeated and make sure to ask your physician for any necessary scripts related to the cleanse. Hope that helps!
