Sounds: like the colonoscopy was a "success" it resulted in a possibly "PRE-malignancy!! Follow the GI expert's advice as to your next follow-up scope!\ Congrats on having that test!!!! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

I got a colonoscopy done and the report says "Adenomatous polyp, polyp removed, with high grade dysplasia". polyp was 26mm. No history of colon cancer. What does this mean? What kind of questions/tests should I ask when I meet my gastroenterologist?
