See doc tomorrow: I would have her examined by a health care provider tomorrow. Given her age, the location of the bruise, and the fact she is not moving around yet, the bruise is a little unusual. Best bet is to be cautious and have her seen now.

Yes: If infant has no bleeding symptoms or other issues, can wait until next visit. Not sure that there is any serious issue here.
