Abscess?: Hard to say without examining you. Possibilities include fatty tumors(benign), cysts, abscesses? Calcified lesions? (Cancer is Very Rare but not impossible). If it is painful and red (infected?) it should be lanced. If it is growing rapidly you should have it seen asap. . See your md.
