Intoeing Exercises: An in toed or pigeon toed gait is caused by many possible factors. One of the best ways to help in toeing is with exercises that stretch the internal hip rotators and strengthen the external hip rotators. Look online for classic piriformis and ilio psoas strengthening (like the clam, etc) exercises and stretches for the adductors. Sit in the lotus position not with knees inward and your feet out.

If the intoe: Is caused by curvature of the metatarsals like in a met addicts deformity no excercise will help as this is a deformity of the curvature of the ones, if one has intoe secondary to the leg rotating inward, on occasions if you make the opposite motions and strengthen the outward rotation this may help.
