Depends on the cause: If you have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, then a variety of maneuvers can help. The most common of these is the epley maneuver, which you can find a description of on google. The brandt-daroff exercises and the semont maneuver are some others that can work.

Vertigo evaluation: Vertigo is one of the most complex problems to evaluate and can be causes by a variety of problems. The best thing is to see an otolaryngologist for a complete evaluation which usually includes a hearing test and can also include vestibular (balance) testing that may help identify the cause of he vertigo and whether exercises are appropriate.
