You get started: The only way change will come is if you get started on it. Sitting at home and delaying this pain lessening process (yoga) is normal but unhealthy. It is time that you recognize that treating your pain with pills is not benefitting you or your health. Pills are not the answer in many cases of chronic pain. It is time to explore alternative methods of managing and living with your body.
