Exercise: Good job. It will help to avoid some diseases but not all. Chiefly those related to obesity and inactivity. Have your routine checks. All the best.

Nice thought..: Avoiding disease involves more than just doing yoga and walking. Those exercises may make you feel better both physically and emotionally, but cannot immunize you from the world of disease. It is certainly a great thought though.
