Acne scars on back: The most important thing is to wash the area daily, keep the skin oils down, stay out of the sun or cover your back and have a consultation with a good dermatologist.

A few options: You can get both over-the-counter and prescription-strength creams that will stimulate new skin cell growth to reduce the appearance of scars. These creams often contain Alpha hydroxy acids or salicylic acids, and some contain corticosteroids or antihistamines to help reduce inflammation and itching. Vinegar is a good natural remedy. If these don't work, visit your dermatologist.

None: There are no "natural" remedies that will remove scar tissue. See a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon and have them assess this. Good luck.
