If the symptoms: Occur just before or with the migraine they could be or they may be related to another problem. With 2 months of headaches with ringing in ears, dizziness & lightheadedness it would be important to seek a medical evaluation promptly depending on findings , you physician may need to consult with ENT or neurology (or both). Take care.

Unlikely: Vascular headaches can affect any portion of the cns, but what you are describing sounds like a problem involving the labyrinth. These symptoms can also occur with aplastic, hemolytic, iron or Folic Acid deficiency anemias, concussion, hypertension, otitis media, meniere's disease, otosclerosis, paget's disease or polycythemia. Go see a doctor and get evaluated thoroughly.
