I have no history of migraines, yet i experienced a bad migraine/dizziness/nausea two days ago. after resting migraine went away, but i was still kinda foggy. my right ankle is also swollen and tender. i have dr appt on wednesday. whats going on?

Flu like: Your symptoms suggest a flu-like event or a viral infection not otherwise specified. The right ankle swelling and tenderness may or may not be related to the other symptoms depending on actual circumstances. Stay well hydrated and check your temperature whenever possible and during headache episodes.
