Many Reasons...: There are many potential reasons why you cannot get yourself to tend your wounds post self-harm... A few: self harm and blood are suprisingly less painful to deal with than the emotional pain that led to them and you might want to get help for the emotional suffering you have inside! please seek the supportive help you need and deserve! look up: dialectic behavior therapists near you!

Please Get Help: Causing self-harm is not normal. As you know, there are likely numerous, deep-seated issues that lead to self-harm. It is not unusual to ignore the wounds after. But what's more important is dealing with the issues that lead to self-harm. Please seek help for this as soon as possible. The process often worsens and can lead to major problems. Please seek help.
