See a doctor: If the wound is bleeding I recommend you see a doctor right away. You may need antibiotics and stitches. I also recommend you see someone to discuss the reasons for the self-harm. There are many counselors and support groups that can help you. I know many people who have/are struggling with the same issue if you would like a place to start.
