Exercise & Diet: The answer is simple, but reaching the goal is not necessarily easy. Exercise--at least 20 minutes of moderate cardiovascular activity every other day--and a balanced diet based on your weight and gender are critical. No lasting solutions have been discovered/invented. That is, unfortunately, there's no "get rich quick" or magic exercise. Simply work hard and be safe and persistent.
