A member asked:

What exercise has to be done in case of hyperthyroidism?

Aerobic: Caution must be your priority. Unless treated and controlled. Hyperthyroidism may lead to irritable sinoatrial node and proarrythmic tendencies. A hypercatecholamine state can cause a sudden coronary artery constriction syndrome with impending myocardial infarction or intramural ischemia. All are potentially fatal if individual is not cardiopulmonarily fit.

Not exercise: The treatment for hyperthyroidism is treatment with medications, surgery, or radiation, depending on cause.
