VERY DIFFICULT!: It would seem that if you have hyperthyroidism, you should already have a tendency to be thin... Counter to that is your being a 30yo female -- things slow down as we age... The component of exercise along with a prudent, low-carb diet is almost essential to weight loss. With no exercise and thyroid in good balance, count on only losing 1 pound a month with diet alone.
