Have sjogrens no complications yet except for fatigue i have seen many specialists and gp's.have mild neuropathy in lower extremeties should i be worried about lymphoma if blood work is normal?

Unknown: Rheumatoid arthritis, sjogrens's syndrome, lupus and celiac disease may share an associated risk of a b-cell lymphoma as well as intestinal lymphoma. These lymphomas may be present even if your labs are normal. Mri might be helpful, but not for screening purposes. Best to ask your rheumatologist.

There is some risk: Sjogren's has been assoc with low grade b cell lymphoma but as long as blood counts and metabolic profile are ok i would not worry about it. If abnormal then radiology and bone marrow evaluation may be warranted.

No,but: No, you should not worry. But, periodic evaluations at 3 month intervals is a good safety measure.
