Can you describe your neuropathic symptoms (feeling, location, diurnal change, etc.) and the red spots (size, flat or raised lesions, location, change with temperature, etc.). By your statement, it seems that you have had a thorough works-up so I wonder what specialists have seen you for the condition and how long you have had these symptoms and what is the initial symptom.
