Muscle tension HA.: It may still be a muscle tension headache. The pressure feeling in your face could be a symptom of sinusitis--an inflammation or infection in your sinuses above the eyes (frontal), cheeks (maxillary), or behind bridge of nose (ethmoid). If these headaches are unusual for you, persist, or become severe, it should be worked up by a neurologist.
