Common in pregnancy: While it sounds like your situation is complicated with back /spine related issues, headaches in pregnancy are actually common. This should not be assumed to be normal, though, and should be addressed with your ob/gyn. You do not specify how far along you are and headaches can also be related to complications such as preeclampsia. Call your doctor!
