Abcessed tooth: An abcessed tooth will cause swelling in your cheek. This is an infection and needs to be treated or it will get worse. See a dentist asap. They usually will start with an antibiotic if an infection is found, and then discuss the treatment options with you.

Other possibilities: Agree with dr. Eleczko. Other infections are skin infections, possibly from a bug bite. Sinus infections can sometimes cause swelling in cheek. Allergies can cause swelling around the eyes. If it is painful or red, then an infection is likely. Seek care.
