? Parotitis: You may have parotid gland inflammation or may be mumps if not immunized. Please see your doc. Ear ache can occur as referred pain when parotid gland can get involved.

Hello. I am a 37 year old woman. A few days ago I found a swollen bump under my skin on my left cheek near my ear. Over the next three days it spread to behind my ear and down my neck.
