Needs drainage: Ryan, This sounds like a real abscess, perhaps from the "zit" or perhaps from a cyst. Either way, if it continues to ooze and is still swollen and painful, it probably needs help to get all of the pus out. You should go to a clinic or an ER to get the opening enlarged and possibly pack to keep it open. They will numb it. Meanwhile, put warm compresses on it and apply very gentle pressure.
