Need evaluation. : Whatever this may ultimately be, you need to be evaluated by a Gastroenterologist right away. This could be related to infection, malabsorption or enzyme issue. At the least you'd need some blood testing, abdominal ultrasound, abdominal CT, EGD and colonoscopy, I would think.
