Correlation unlikely: Excessive blinking can be forceful, a tic like condition or non forceful due to weakness of the eye muscle resp. for elevating the upper eyelid. Loss of bowel control may not be related to the eye symptoms but both conditions require a very careful evaluation to rule out other underlying causes. I will recommend an evaluation by your PCP who will determine if a neuro consult is necessary
