Tretinex=Acne Only: Tretinex is acutaine and used for acne. Tretinoin (Retin-A) is a cream used to treat sun dsmaged skin. Renova, in my opinion, has no use as it is tretinoin mixed with mineral oil to prevent its penetrating the skin, thus markedly reducing its effectiveness. At your age, tretinoin is what you need. See a plastic surgeon or dermatologist experienced in skin rejuvenation.
