See a dermatologist: Renova (tretinoin) is a retinoid product that is a derivative of vitamin a. Retinols do help with the improvement of fine lines, wrinkles and skin aging, but they can be irritating to the skin, as well. If your skin is very sensitive, we recommend using these products every other night or every 3rd night, to start. Please be aware that retinoid products can predispose your skin to redness. See a derm.

Use more often: To start with, i recommend to my patients that it be used every night to get good results.
Even after four months, i ask them to use three nights a week.

Can I get renova (tretinoin) in france?

Not legally: Renova is a us brand of tretinoin. France, as does the entire european union, has strict rules against importing non-eu manufactured prescription medications. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of Renova and you can get regular tretinoin in france very easily. Be careful with sun-exposure and use a good sunscreen with it. Start of at a low-dose until your skin becomes tolerant and ten increase it.
