How to lower blood glucose without drugs or injecting insulin?
My doctor ask me to measure my glucose in the morning, and ask me to get inject of insulin at 7 pm. Is that normal...?
Switched from medicine to insulin 1 month ago b/c glucose levels were high. Now levels are even higher (380-400 ) despite taking insulin (30 morning+20 night). Doctor is saying to wait and see. Does it takes time for body to accept insulin sometimes?
Glucose level yesterday was 32 mg/dl I think the quantity of bread at dinner was a bit less with insulin. thanks god it was up again after lot sugar. today morning 300 before insulin. I know 32mg/dl is danger. could it had cause any harm or it passed?
Are these test accurate for insulin resistance? Or do I need Insulin level test? My HbA1c was 30% (4.9) and my Fasting Blood glucose was 4.4 nmol (79.2). My triglycerides are 60.1mg.dl, LDL is 90.7 and HDL is 47.8. Docs are unsure if I have IR PCOS?
