Medical evaluation.: You may have a blood vessel in one of your nostrils that is damaged. With a week of bleeding it is important that this be treated. See that you are dizzy with morning sickness. If you have bled heavily that could be one of the reasons. If you are actively bleeding now, i would just go to an emergency room. Take care.
