Use nasal saline: Babies noses bleed when the sensitive capillaries inside are irritated by dust/fumes/smoke/etc.. Treatment is to wash away the irritants and keep the capillaries moist so they heal. You do this by flooding the nose with nasal saline drops to wash out irritants. Nasal saline gel can then be placed in the front of the nose to keep the tender skin moist.
