1 year old has the flu keeps bleeding from the nose. took her to er but they didn't do anything cause it wasn't constant. now bleeding won't stop.

Use nasal saline: Babies noses bleed when the sensitive capillaries inside are irritated by dust/fumes/smoke/etc.. Treatment is to wash away the irritants and keep the capillaries moist so they heal. You do this by flooding the nose with nasal saline drops to wash out irritants. Nasal saline gel can then be placed in the front of the nose to keep the tender skin moist.
