Moisturization: A dry irritated nasal lining can be painful, result in stuffiness and bleed. This is generally more common during the dry winter months, assuming you live in an area where it gets cold and dry. You can use vaseline in small amounts, ayr saline gel or ponaris nasal emollient (you may have trouble finding it but ask your pharmacist)all intranasally. If no better, see an ENT doctor.
