Neither: Unfortunately there are no good screening tests for ovarian cancer. Now in someone with known cancer MRI and ct can be helpful to determine the potential extent of cancer, but neither is effective as a screening test.

See answer: If an ultrasound exam didn't answer the clinical concern, an MRI is usually better in evaluating the ovaries.
