Almost never!!: It is very common to see cysts on the ovaries. Ovaries make cysts every month that contain eggs. These come and go all the time. These are usually small, under 3cm each. But you should follow up with your gynecologist who can check with an ultrasound. Ct scan is a very poor way to look at the ovaries and pelvic ultrasound will tell you much more. Most likely, they will go away on their own.

Not always: You will need to see your gynecologist and will likely get a pelvic ultrasound to get a more detailed look inside this ovary cyst to check for any wall thickening or nodules within the cyst.
