Stop the NSAIDS: I would stop these drugs unless you really need themand see what happens to your hives.

Hives: Nsaids tend to make hives worse, you should avoid them while you are breaking out. You may be able take them in the future if your hives decide to go away. For nowo use tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain, avoid Aspirin and its cousins.
