I get 4-5 tiny hives from nsaids, for the past few years. Have med probs, need these drugs. The hives don't bug me, no swelling or other probs. Take?

Allergic to nsaids so take tylenol (acetaminophen) for chronic pain/med conditions. Had mild hives/flushing 8-9hrs after taking, but get hives anyway. Caused by tyln?
