HgbA1C: 7.8 signifies that your sugar is high in the last three months. It may be dietary noncompliance or not enough diabetic medication. Please discuss with your doctor. Thanks.

What is A1C: Good review- http://tinyurl.Com/2cvet3o this test tells you what your blood glucose level has been ( on average) for the past 120 days. Your level of 7.8 shows yours has been elevated, and can be consistent with diabetes as well as other things. See your primary care doc to get this further evaluated.
