Spoke with doctor today regarding my blood results. she said she will refer me to heamotology. she said my platelets are higher again at 535. haemoglobin low at 105. iron borderline low. mcv low. platelets been high for 1 year. what could be wrong?

Such findings are concerning for possible chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and similar disorders. OTOH, you're much younger than most persons with these disorders. Don't be over worried: most CML is easily treatable and sometimes curable with mostly non-toxic drugs. Keep your appointment with the hematologist. Good luck.
