i have red bumps on the roof of my mouth and back of my throat, fever, nausea, lack of appetite, cough. i read this could be strep, is it?

Possible see MD: Those symptoms can be strep throat or more likely other infections such as viruses or mycoplasma a very long list of illnesses can cause these symptoms include allergic reactions, many infections and stds an md visit may be helpful to make a diagnosis and give treatment if indicated.
