Dr. Alvin Lin answered

NSAIDs v coloncancer: Many studies have reported a beneficial link between nsaids (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) especially Aspirin and colon cancer (http://www.Cancer.Org/cancer/colonandrectumcancer/detailedguide/colorectal-cancer-prevention). Studies show Aspirin as having strongest protective benefit. However, Aspirin & all nsaids can also cause bleeding as well aggravate kidney function. So talk to ur doc.
