Maybe : A nabothian cyst is a possibility. A physical exam is the only way to find out.

Probably: Certainly not cancer. By current guidelines you did not require a biopsy for your pap result. Simply another pap 1 yr later. Have your colposcopist check current guidelines @ www.Asccp.Org.
