Feel like my nose changed shape into a more pushed up pig angle. can this be due to changes in face musculature or dental work, aging, stress, meds?

Nose shape: The nasal skin can change shape over time. It is possible with age the nose can either retract or drop over time due to the weight of skin or alterations in cartilage underneath. These are usually not drastic. I suppose dental work can give the illusion that changes have occurred as well. Stress and medications should have no impact.

See an ENT: To be sure. This is the first place to get started. You would have to have a timeline with photos to determine if any of the other items that you mentioned are a factor. The ear, nose and throat doctor will check your nose for any growths that may be changing your appearance.
