Dry mouth: Dry mouth is a problem. Talk to your doctor and see if any of your meds can be changed to cause less dry mouth. Here are some tips to manage your dry mouth: avoid mouthwash with alcohol, avoid sugary and acidic foods and drinks, even diet sodas are harmful, biotene makes dry mouth products, Fluoride or mi paste to prevent decay, humidifier in winter, regular dental care.
